Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM II and EF 35mm f/1.4 L USM II rumors
Currently a rumor is spreading among canon fans about two new lenses from canon. They are Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM II and EF 35mm f/1.4 L USM II. EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM II one is being anticipated by the whole Canon world for a long long time. Current rumors is mainly based on Canon’s usual trends to announce a new lens followed by Pro Body announcement ( like Canon EOS 1DX ). Like EF 70-200 mm f/2.8L IS (II) was announced in January after EOS 1D IV announcement in October.
Moreover CES/PMA 2012 is in January as well. Canon always introduces something new before these two events. Hope canon will not disappoint us these time. Lenses are very difficult to predict. Several prototype of these lenses already reported and they exist.
